STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Rich Harvest School on Friday organised workshop on ‘Classroom Management’ which was conducted by Shweta from Collins Learning Group. It was an endeavour on the part of the school authorities to keep the teachers abreast with the latest strategies to manage the 21st century classroom environment effectively. The major areas discussed by the resource person were importance of teamwork, teaching methodology and multidimensional assessment techniques for different categories of students in a class. According to Shweta, who is an English Language Facilitator, learning is not restricted to classroom but can happen anywhere or anytime and the learners of today need to inculcate the 21st century skills. The Director of the School, Ruchi Charak stressed on the fact that teachers need to introspect their approach in order to give best to their students. The Principal, Anita Bhatia presented the vote of thanks.
