RAJOURI : A meeting of Retired Police Personnel Forum was held on Friday under its District President Om Parkash Sharma in which the participants reminded the authorities for acceptance of their long pending demands.
Om Parkash Sharma said that they rendered their services in the department with most diligence and dedication and always at the cost of their lives but the department has not taken into consideration their after retirement problems. He repeated his demands of one rank one pension, removal of pay anomalies, enhancement of Medical Allowance or free medical treatment, immediate relief of Rs 50,000 at the time of death of a retired police person and so on.
