KATHUA: Dr M.L Rao, President of All Jammu and Kashmir Mahasha Sadar Sabha Jammu on Thursday nominated Harnam Singh (Retired Girdawar) as ad-hoc President of Kathua unit till election.
The meeting was organised under the chairmanship of S.R Majotra, BSP State President with regard to felicitate to the newly elected body all J&K Mahasha Sadar Sabha Jammu.
In the meeting, Rao listened to the problems being faced by the members of Mahasha community of Kathua District.
Koushal Kumar Krotra General Secretary and Shammi Naryal Cashier were also present.
The senior members of the Mahasha Community threw light on the problem being faced by them regarding the demolition of Guru Nabha Dass Temple by the District Administration Kathua.
Yog Raj Sarpanch, Onkar Chand, Dr Hem Raj, Tara Chand, Harnam Chand, Kartar Chand, Angrez Chand, Dhian Chand and Prithvi Chand were also present.
