SUNDERBANI: Representatives of various political parties on Sunday staged protest over the killing of Amarnath pilgrims in the recent terror attack.
Led by Kulwant Raj, Coordinator Team Sunderbani Devak, the activists assembled at Devak Chowk and raised slogans against the lapses of security resulting in killing of seven Amarnath pilgrims and many injured. Angry protesters also raised slogans against Pakistan and demanded handing over Kashmir to the army.

“We condemn the attack. We demand the government should probe the security lapses”, the protesters said.
“We want Kashmir to be handed over to the army to stamp out terrorism. We condemn the attack. Those who are involved in the attack should be killed”, the protesters demanded. Among those who joined the protest include Tilak Raj, Gulshan Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Anil Kumar, Sukhchain Singh, Shiv Dev Singh and Rajinder Singh.
