At a time when mainstream politicians and separatists have raised their pitch for Indo-Pak talks, knowing well that foreign affairs is not their domain, the ever agile and vocal Bharatiya Janata Party is maintaining a stoic silence. The party has gone in hibernation with its sitting legislators keeping fingers crossed over their prospect of getting mandate in next elections and virtual bulldozing of outsiders in the party fold, making it free for all.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the BJP lawmakers not to workout a resolution on condemning Pakistan for unprovoked shelling and work towards its unanimous passage at the appropriate forum?
