Even as Jammu and Kashmir Government blamed the Centre for not taking care of displaced border migrants in R S Pura sector, giving a strange logic that why five of the NDA ministers touring the State did not visit there, the army has provided shelters, toilet facilities, generators for lighting, food and medical support. The army got a pat from the Governor for support to people in misery.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the State Government to ignore its responsibilities towards the citizens of Jammu and leave everything to the Centre and the army, which is being projected as villains in the Kashmir Valley day in and day out by so-called mainstream activists?
