Finally, the juvenile ‘rapists’ of Nirbhaya today walked out of a reform home as a free adult after completing three-years term despite being pro-active and worse of all the rapists, who challenged the collective conscience of 1.2 billion Indians. The voice of the shocked nation is again getting louder over the politicians apathetic approach towards the amendment bill brought in Parliament to change the law. The nation is paying immensely by being put secondary to their whims.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for politicians to stall parliamentary proceedings and dilute the issues of immense public importance just for their vested interest?
