This happens only in India where people can get away with calling terrorists as martyrs and belittling the soldiers publicly. The so-called moderate Hurriyat Chairman visited the residences of killed terrorists and said that their ‘martyrdom’ at the hands of the ‘Indian forces was a real treasure of the resistance movement and Kashmiris need to value these gems and pearls’.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the self-styled Indian activists and myopic politicians to hold brief for the separatists and terrorists by portraying them as victims and persecuted persons despite enjoying liberty to the extent of openly and brazenly eulogizing terrorism?
