RAJOURI: Police teams in Rajouri District visited the house of several martyrs and interacted with family members with an aim of oneness between families of martyrs and police department.
Team of police headed by SDPO Thanamandi Mohammad Siddique along with SHO Darhal Habib Pathan visited the house of martyr special police officer Maqsood Ahmed son of Muneer Hussain resident of Khoriwali Darhal and martyr special police officer Imtiyaz Ahmed son of Ghulam Rasool resident of Dodaj.
Both attained martyrdom on February 12, 2002 at Chambitrar area of Police Station Darhal.
Police officers visited the house of martyrs and met with their family members who also shared their grievances with them.
It was assured by the visiting team of officers that police department is another home for the families of all the police martyrs and assured every possible help for them.
Recently, a team of police headed by DySP DAR Rajouri, Shazia Mir visited the house of martyr SPO Abdul Rashid resident of Saaj Thanamandi and martyr head constable Mahi-ud-Din resident of Khablan Thanamandi.
Family members of both these martyrs held threadbare discussion with the police officer and expressed their proudness on the martyr of their son who sacrificed their lives in the service of motherland and nation.
These families were assured of every possible help by police department.
