JAMMU: Public Opinion Forum (POF) in a meeting held here on Saturday expressed their solidarity with the ‘victims’ of Article 35A and vowed to fight against the discrimination due to the constitutional provision.
The members, who met under the chairmanship of Forum President, Parveen Sharma decided to take up the issue to the masses of the State so as to make general public aware of the discrimination, especially with women folk.
“It has been decided by the members in today’s meeting to extend support to any organisation or group of people raising their voice against the constitutional provision by virtue of Article 35A,” said Parveen Sharma.
