UDHAMPUR : The newly elected MLA of Udhampur, Pawan Kumar Gupta addressed a public meeting at Kuppad Village in Neeli Nallah where he assured the people of better living conditions in the coming days.
On this occasion several villagers spoke on how their lives have been degraded over the past 12 years. They talked about the stalled road development and said that last major road work was done at the time of late MLA Shiv Charan Gupta and said told that the election of Pawan Gupta has brought hope to their lives and they were sure that good days are about to begin.
Pawan Gupta said roads, electricity and water supply are at top of his agenda and he will work day and night to ensure that proper public utilities are provided. Emphasising the need to upgrade hospital infrastructure he said Udhampur Hospital has outdated medical equipment and cited CT Scan Machine as one such example.
Gupta thanked people for their love and support and assured them that this is their victory.
Prominent among those who accompanied Gupta include Raj Kumar Bucha, Advocate Sumer Khajuria and Rohit Sethi.
