JAMMU: Fortune Inn Riviera, member of ITC’s Hotel Group is celebrating ‘Oriental Clay Pot Food Festival’ at Earthen Oven, Restaurant of the Hotel.
The food festival will start from October 13, 2017. Authentic Oriental delicacies would be served in lunch from 12:30 to 3:30 PM and dinner from 7:30 to 11:00 PM on all the days.
F and B Manager, Vikas Chaudhary said “It has been our constant endeavour to introduce Jammu to regional as well as international cuisines. Oriental cuisine being one of the most popular cuisines in the world offers exciting range of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.”

Some of the famous dishes that will be showcased during the festival include- Stir fried vegetable in black bean sauce, Stir fried prawns in Oyster Sauce, Shredded Lamb in Sichuan Sauce and many more.”
