Srinagar: A man was killed
while three other family members were injured on Wednesday in a solar battery
explosion at Khrew area of Pampore.
As per the details, the
blast took place inside a house of Ghulam Nabi Mir, son of Ghulam Rasool Mir at
Zantrag village in Khrew area of Pampore in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
In the blast, one person died while three others suffered
serious injuries, officials said, adding that all the injured were shifted to
nearby health centre where from they all were referred to SMHS Hospital
Srinagar for specialized treatment.
The deceased person has been identified as Shabir Ahmad
(25) while the injured persons have been identified as Gulshan (18), Shafeeqa
(21) and Faisal (8). A case has been registered in this regard and further
investigation is going on.
