STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: National Sangeet Natak Akademi’s (NSNA) unique theatre workshop is exploring new trends of acting at Natrang Studio Theatre. The participants of workshop are being introduced with latest developed methodologies of the world of theatre. The central point in the workshop is the work of self and practical introduction to different school of thoughts and techniques, so that participants can get proper exposure. Besides, the workshop is an excellent opportunity provided by the NSNA, so that young enthusiasts get some direction in their work. Voice, Breathing, Emotion, Imagination, Relaxation, Sense memory etc are some of the points that will be covered in the ten-day long workshop. It is pertinent to mention here that the training is being given by Vikram Sharma, who is a Delhi-based actor and a trainer. He is an alumni of world renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, New York. The youngsters who are participating in the workshop included Rishav Sharma, Kuldeep Angral, Aarti Devi, Abhinav Sharma, Kananpreet Kour, Meenakshi Bhagat, Mohit Sharma, Udit Sagar, Sumit Raina, Shivam Singh, Manoj Kumar Lalotra, Ajay Kumar Lalotra, Iftikar Mughal, Sushant Singh Charak, Akash Wadhwan and Adil Khan.
