POONCH: Youth for Services of Humanity and Nation (YASHAN) condemned indiscriminate firing along LoC in Poonch in which two civilians were killed besides loss of cattle and property of locals.
Imtiaz Salaria, President YASHAN condemned firing on civilians and said Pakistan Army started indiscriminate firing along LoC without any provocations causing loss of human lives and property. He also criticised local administration for lack of preparedness for such situations. He said that such non-seriousness of administration warrants fixing accountability and the administration is answerable to people as to why it has no plan to evacuate people along LoC adding even hospital lacks medicines for treatment of patients which is cause of concern. He said there were in-adequate supply of medicines for treatment of injured persons brought in here and was no arrangement of ambulances for bringing injured from the spot. He demanded that administration should prepare plan for such a situation as ceasefire violation is regular these days.
YASHAN activists also distributed food and other essential items among border residents of Khari Karmara.
