STATE TIMES NEWS LAKHANPUR: To help Excise Department in ensuring smooth flow of vehicular traffic, improving road safety and to keep vigil over the activities of anti-social and anti-national elements, Nayyar Group of Industries, Bari Brahmana, Samba handed over four barricades to Deputy Commissioner, Toll Post Lakhanpur, Department of Excise, Jammu &Kashmir The Deputy Commissioner Excise said that these barricades will be used for regulating traffic and separating vehicle ways. He asserted that road safety is of paramount importance and it is vital to take adequate measures to avoid mishaps and ensuring public safety. “Placing safety barricades is a small step in the right direction and we are pleased to have Nayyar Group of Industries support in ensuring a safer environment for the people of Jammu”, he added.
