JAMMU: As a befitting tribute to womanhood, ‘Pehli Saans Se Pehle’ a play written by Ravikant Mishr and directed by Rahul Singh was presented at Natrang Studio Theatre under Sunday Theatre series.
An intriguing performance was given by the actors on a topic which still exists in our society. Female foeticide is an evil practice which unfortunately still there and women are forced to kill their foetus by their families. The mental trauma which a female has to go through was depicted in the play in a very significant manner.
The actors who performed in the play included Aishwarya Sathe as Rashmi and Rahul Singh as Nirmal both put sincere efforts to touch the depth of their respective characters. The lights were designed and executed by Gautam Kumar. The music was played by Bhisham Gupta, sets were designed by Mohit Kaul. The show was coordinated by Mohammad Yaseen and was presented by Goutam Sharma.
