STATE TIMES NEWS BHADARWAH: A long marathon of preparations processes and procedures undertaken by GDC Bhadarwah in view of NAAC re-accreditation cycle-II of the college reaches to its culmination with the visit of NAAC peer team comprising of Dr. Shivnarayan Yadav (Former Vice Chancellor) Chair Person, Dr. P.R Sudhakaran Member Coordinator and Dr. Hasmukh Padia Member on March 18 and 19, 2019 in the college. The peer team visit schedule started with the power point presentation by Prof. S.S Bhalwal Principal of the College. After that team visited IQAC of the college and had a long interaction with the IQAC members regarding institutional mechanism of quality assurance promotion and sustenance. Prof. S.S Parihar convener IQAC presented necessary records and reports of initiatives taken by IQAC to the peer team during the last five years vis-à-vis quality assurance. The members of peer team issued some valuable instructions to the IQAC members regarding up keeping of records, processes and procedures to be followed for quality assurance promotion and sustenance in the college. After IQAC visit the peer team interacted with the teaching faculty in PG Deptt. of Chemistry smart class room. They checked the records of individual departments including departmental profiles and issued useful instructions and guidelines for the academic and administrative functioning of departments. Peer team also visited the science departments for assessing the status of infrastructure and learning resource. The visit concluded with a grand cultural programme organized by college cultural committee. The patriotic song of Sangeeta Devi and dance performances of other students mesmerized the entire audience and impressed the peer team members.
