State Times News JAMMU: A day after body of a woman was found hanging in her house at Channi, police on Wednesday recovered the body of an unidentified person. The body was kept inside a wooden box and the neighbourers informed police when they felt foul smell emanating in the area. As per the details, on October 8, Suman, wife of Santokh Singh, resident of Ratnuchak was found hanging in her house at Sainik Colony area and was brought to hospital where doctors declared her as brought dead. Later, her parents reached hospital and staged protest. They alleged that her in-laws instigated her to take this extreme step. On Wednesday, neighbourers of the deceased noticed foul smell coming out of the house. They informed the police which reached the spot and found a body of a man lying in the bed of a room. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. Police has started the investigation and is questioning the husband of the deceased.
