RAJOURI: Member Pradesh Congress Committee and Senior Congress Leader Shakil Ahmed Mir lambasted the present Mehooba Mufti Led PDP BJP Govt for failing on all fronts. Mir termed that there is chaos and confusion all round as lakh of State employees are agitating even on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Fitar which clearly shows the all round failure of present Govt. Mir further said that there are large scale killings in valley which has led to the gross public resentment against the present Govt as a result of which people are losing faith in democracy in Kashmir and are up in arms against the mainstream leaders.
He further said that the previous Congress regime which was led by Gulam Nabi Azad had started an era of greater progress and development through double shift working which brought tremendous results on ground but the present rulers are just implementing the agenda of RSS which is worked out in Nagpur. Mir asked Mehooba Mufti to let the people know that what has happened with AFSPA, Power Projects, Self Rule etc. When PDP was in opposition it was spitting venom against BJP but after seeking vote to stop BJP in coming to power it has become the B Team of BJP and is playing in the hands of Sangh Parivar, RSS and BJP.
On highlighting the pathetic plight of Peer Panchal region Mir stated that there is hardly and developmental project started by present Govt in Poonch Rajouri which has given them five seats in last elections. There are large scale resentment among Teachers, Patwaris, Anganwadi Workers, Clerks, Health Employees, RETs and SSA teachers etc against the wrong policies of state Govt which clearly shows the incompetence and wrong doings of the present Govt. Mir further said that the days of present Govt are numbered and the people are totally fed up of them and have clearly made their minds to uproot them in coming elections as the present Govt has miserably failed on all fronts.
