State Times News UDHAMPUR: Martyr Tushar Mahajan Memorial Trust (MTMMT) celebrated birth anniversary of the Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan at Tushar Memorial T Morh in Udhampur on Saturday. Martyr Tushar was memorised with devotion and patriotic fervour by the all members and a large of civil society members. All the trust members and a large number of members civil society and army assembled at Martyr Tushar memorial at T Morh to pay tributes to Capt Tushar who sacrificed his life for the motherland while fighting with terrorists in Kashmir on Feb 21, 2016. All the people have participated in wreath laying ceremony at the statue of Martyr Capt Tushar and paid floral tributes to brave heart (son of soil). Later a function was held at Army Public School (APS) wherein Maj. Gen. (Retd) Goverdhan Singh Jamwal was the Chief Guest. On the occasion Chief Guest along with Chairman of the Trust Dev Raj Gupta honoured ten families of martyr’s hailing from different parts of the country. Former MLA, Udhampur, Pawan Gupta, Chairman Municipality Dr Yogeshwar Gupta , school children and families of Martyrs were present on the occasion.
