STATE TIMES NEWS UDHAMPUR: Reiterating the demand of high level probe in recent CDF scam, former MLA and NPP President Balwant Singh Mankotia demanded that corrupt officers and workers who indulged in this loot and plundering of CDF be arrested soon otherwise Panthers Party will agitate strongly. While leading a massive protest in front of DC Office Udhampur, Mankotia alleged that some officers under the eye of district administration are releasing back date CDF letters in order to promote ex MLAs, CDF is the property of general public and missuse of this amount would not be acceptable. He informed that there is no existing MLA in the State after the dissolution of Assembly but in Udhampur ex-MLA with help of some officers are misusing the public money (CDF). Lambasting ex MLA Udhampur Gupta for his complete failure, Mankotia questioned him over CDF loot and his long developmental promises during election campaign also blamed that the amount which has been sanctioned for the development of Udhampur has collapsed due to the failed leadership. Mankotia urged Governor for high level probe and also constitute committee in this concern. Scores of party activists including Secretary Dhani Ram Atri, Sr Leader Amarnath Mehra, Youth President Jagdev Singh Jagga, SC Cell President Rampal Bhagat, Sardar Manjeet Singh, Mahadeep Singh, Pawan Sawhney, Chain Singh, Sony Rathore and Sumeet Anthal were also present during the protest.
