The two much awaited films of the year ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Haider’ were due for release on the 2nd October, but according to the latest buzz Haider’s release has been postponed.
Both the films has been creating a lot of buzz since the time their teasers were released, where on one Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Bang Bang’ gave an adrenal rush and his power packed performance kept you longing for more on the other hand, trailer of Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Haider’ was called glorious and magnificent.
The fact remains both the films had a neck to neck competition but the latest grapevine suggest that ‘Haider’ has been postponed though the new release date has not been confirmed yet. Apparently the change of the plan was due to ‘Bang Bang’ same day release.
Haider is said to be an Indian adaptation of Shakespeare’s play ‘Hamlet’, it is directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, starring Shahid Kapoor, Tabu, Irrfan Khan and Kay Kay Menon and Shraddha Kapoor. Whereas, Bang Bang is allegedly remake of Hollywood film ‘Knight and Day’ starring hollywood hotties Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Bang Bang is directed by Siddharth Anand, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif are in the lead role.
