JAMMU: Nazir Ahmad Laway, Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha on Tuesday visited Chamber House, Jammu and reviewed the working and facilities being available in Chamber House.
Laway suggested many new things for improvement of Chamber House and also updated Chamber President, Rakesh Gupta about the initiatives being taken by the Central Government to help the trade and industry to grow and prosper.
Laway also assured the Chamber President that the government was committed for the overall growth of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions.
Chamber President apprised the Member Parliament about the problems being faced by the trade and industry after the implementation of GST in the State on which Laway assured to take up the matter with the Union Finance Minister.
Others who were present on the occasion include Rajeev Gupta, Junior Vice President, Manish Gupta, Secretary General and Gaurav Gupta, Secretary.
