JAMMU: Reacting to the Lathi charge on the students who were protesting against the out of pattern Physics paper for class 12, State Spokesperson of the Party, Brigadier Anil Gupta has blamed Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) for the lapse and demanded that BOPEE must come out with the facts and explain as to how it all happened? The deliberate silence on part of the BOSE is creating a suspicion that it was done with the concurrence of the concerned officials. The onus lies with the Chairman BOSE to come out with the truth.

“Such high handedness of the local SHO is not only deplorable but deserves severe action against him. Brig Gupta said that the party while condemning the act is hopeful that suitable action will be taken against the defaulter policemen by the Director General of Police.
