JAMMU: A delegation of Kashmiri Migrant Relief Holders and Over-aged Youth Fourm called on M.L Raina, Commissioner for Relief and Rehabilitation (M) and discussed various issues like comprehensive economic rehabilitation programme, roll out of health insurance and implementation of revised monthly cash assistance.
The delegation apprised the Relief Commissioner that the advertisement published in the local daily seeking information regarding the skill development was in-conclusive. The basic format of the advertisement was completely ignoring the over-aged unemployed youth. The delegation impressed upon to make the format more comprehensive and participative by properly categorizing the different age groups with specific consideration of over-aged unemployed youth.
The Relief Commissioner gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured for re-publishing the same advertisement with the desired modifications.
The delegation was led by Rohit Pandit, Rakesh Bhat, Ramesh Sopori , Sanjay Chowgami, Ravinder Koul, Bushan Koul, Sunil Pandita and Dr Vikram Razdan.
