RAJOURI: Justice Tashi Rabstan who was on two days tour of Rajouri District inspected various courts and directed the official to adopt the appropriate measures for the speedy disposal of Court cases.
Justice Tashi who is also an Administrative Judge for Rajouri district has conducted the administrative inspection on 11th and 12th January of courts at Rajouri, Sub Judge Court Nowshera, Munsiff Courts at Kalakote and Sunderbani.
During the inspections, Justice Tashi interacted with the members of Bar and patiently listened to their demands.
He impressed upon the Presiding Officers to ensure disposal of old cases in time bound manner and also advocated to make optimum use of Information Technology, including updating of files in CIS for the timely dispensation of justice.
Justice Tashi asked the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, who was also accompanying him during his tour, for the identification of land for construction of Munsiff Court Sunderbani and to provide racks and chairs for the courts.
He also issued standing instructions for immediate construction of toilet and supply of fresh water within the premises of Munsiff Court Kalakote.
