STATE TIMES NEWS KATHUA: Kanta Rukwal, Joint Director Handloom Jammu along with Assistant Director Handloom, N.D Verma visited various handloom societies and clusters of District Kathua especially at Billawar. The Joint Director Handloom conducted detail inspection of various handloom products like tweed coats, cotton fabrics printing, etc. Joint Director highlighted various schemes of the department with the weavers and informed them to take maximum benefits of these schemes. Weavers and clusters discussed various problems being faced by them. The Joint Director assured that their issues will be taken up with the higher authorities for early redressal of their demands.
