JAMMU: JK Public School (JKPS), Kunjwani, on Wednesday conducted a counselling session on ‘managing examination stress’ for the students of Class X in the school premises here.
The session was conducted by Dr Chand Trehan, renowned Psychologist and Counsellor of JK Public School, Kunjwani. She is also the Director Centre for Counselling, Assessment, Research and Empowerment (CARE).
Dr Chand Trehan addressed the students in the school auditorium and gave them certain examination tips to relieve their pre-examination stress.
She motivated the students to face the examinations with confidence by keeping calm. Students were very well guided how to manage their valuable time in a most effective way for successful examination.
Dr Trehan also advised the students to keep away from disturbing agents like mobiles and video games during examination. She told them that the peer group learning is also very helpful in the initial stages of preparation for examination. Dr Trehan also addressed to the quarries of the students.
