JAMMU: The Students of J and K Police Public School, Miran Sahib brought accolades to School by wining 18 medals including four gold, five silver and nine bronze in recently held All India Karate Championship 2017 organised by J and K Shito Ryu Seiko Kai Karate Association at MA Indoor Stadium, here.
In all, 28 students represented the school and took part in the championship under the guidance of their Karate Coach Brijesh Bhau.
Shavani Kumari, Parvinder Singh, Aman Sharma and Shah Junaid Reshi bagged gold medals whereas Gurjot, Jasmeet Singh Rupyal, Tanmay Johal, Bhoomika and Keshav Salaria bagged silver and Harsh Singh Adhikari, Jyotsana Singh, Aditya Rishi Sharma, Subham Bhagat, Talib Hussain Mir, Mohd. Sajid, Neet Singh Rajput, Gagan Bhagat and Honain A. N Khan bagged bronze medals.
Principal of the School, Sanjeev Pradhan congratulated all the students for their brilliant success, encouraged them and wished them success for their future.
