JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) on Wednesday celebrated Asian Football Confederation (AFC) International Women’s Day by involving around 150 young girls and 30 mothers at MA Stadium, here.
The association also engaged present girls and their mothers in small football associated games and exercises, which they enjoyed and admired.
After two hours of work out on the special day, the JKFA members presented specially designed T-Shirts, provided by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to the participant ladies.
The function was organised by JKFA Development Officer, Intikhab Alam and his team of grass root football coaches.
