JAMMU: JK Public School Panjtirthi wore an air of festivity and merry making on the celebration of Teachers Day.
Sindhu Kohli and Aditi Jain commenced the celebration with the ‘Mother Teacher’ crowning ceremony of the Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi Suman Banbah.
Sindhu Kohli commented “Our Principal has a supreme art to awaken the joy and fun in each activity. Her actions and instructions inspire us and students to dream more, learn more and perform confidently with brilliance. This is the appropriate day to crown the real mother teacher of JKPS Panjtirthi.”
The principal expressed, “All teachers of mine are doing fabulous work but there is always a best.”
The Principal awarded few teachers with cash prize and acknowledged their best output.
Most regular and hardworking teacher award was bestowed on Kiran Mengi. She won that award despite the fact that she has to deal with two bed-ridden patients at home.
Neeru Jain was awarded with the designation of Administrator of JKPS Panjtirthi while Bindu Sharma was felicitated as ‘Amazing Singer’ and performer of JKPS Panjtirthi.
Kuldeep Sharma was selected as the ‘skilled performer’ of the year.
Neetu Rai was chosen as the ‘Real Magician’ of Prep Wing acknowledging the fact that her students are very confident, fluent and active. Indu Koul was awarded with the ‘best teaching’ quality prize while Nisha Chopra was honoured with most diligent faculty award as she always remain “first” in each task assigned by the principal.
Archana Kukkar was honoured with the ‘Person with an ever smiling face’ award. She was designated as the Assistant Coordinator.
Payal Suri was awarded for her patience, hardwork, calmness and cool smile.
Jakians stole the show by their performance while doing mimicry of their favourite teachers. Teachers displayed their tremendous skill, talent, confidence, wit and humorous personality while participating in different games and events which were organised for them.
