STATE TIMES NEWSJAMMU: Eid-ul-Azha, Eid of sacrifice was celebrated at JK Public School Panjtirthi by Sarish Khan and Dimple Bhatt, teachers of the school. They planned and executed the function flawlessly. They put up the show in a disciplined manner. Jakians exhibited a skit to convey significance of this pious festival to the audience. Jakians also presented the Natt Sharif. They got dressed up in the traditional festive attire and were completely engrossed in the true spirit of the celebration. It was truly a moment of fun, enjoyment, pleasure, sharing, caring and love. The Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah appreciated the efforts of teachers in the celebration. She added celebrations of different festivals builds the sense of tolerance and acceptance of various forms of worship within them. She wished happy Eid to one and all and said, “May Allah Bless—Our days with happiness, our weeks with prosperity, our months with contentment and our years with love and peace.” “JKPS Panjtirthi takes pride in celebrating multifarious cultures and festivals and showcasing unity in diversity through the celebrations,” she added.
