State Times News JAMMU: Jammu today recorded season’s hottest day with maximum temperature recorded 39.7 degree Celsius. The maximum temperature was today recorded 39.7 degree Celsius and the minimum was 22.5 degree Celsius. “The temperature in the past four days fluctuated between 29 degrees to 35 degrees (maximum) and 18 degrees to 22 degrees (minimum),” a weather man here said. Yesterday also it was the hottest day with maximum temperature 39.2 degrees and minimum 23.2 degrees.
On April 12, Jammu recorded season’s maximum with 35.1 degree Celsius. He further predicted that the temperature will rise further in the coming days, adding, “sky will remain mainly clear and the maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 40 °C and 25 °C respectively in Jammu.”
