NEW DELHI: The Indian Newspaper Society (INS), the apex body of the Print Media Industry, strongly condemned the Kerala Police’s action to register a FIR against a prominent news anchor of ‘Mathrubhumi News’ by accusing him of creating communal hatred.

“We urge the Government of Kerala to immediately drop these proceedings,” a handout issued by INS said.
