STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Humanity Public School, Bassi Kalan, held a special assembly wherein the students of Senior Wing threw light on the importance of the festival while the Junior Wing presented poems and songs which touched the hearts of all. An Inter-house Rakhi Making competition was also held in which five students from each house namely Prithvi, Agni, Akash and Trishool House participated. The students participated in the competition with great enthusiasm and tried to prove their talent in the best possible way. They made beautiful Rakhis depicting feeling of love and affection between brothers and sisters. Principal, Gaurav Charak appreciated the efforts of the students and said that these events help the students to enhance their talent and skills by bringing out their inner hidden talent. At the end of the competition it was very difficult for the judges to choose the best Rakhis as all of them were so pretty and beautiful. The first position was secured by Sonia Yadav (class 10th) of Trishool House. The second position was secured by Hitanshu Sharma (class 9th) of Prithvi House while third position was secured by Preeti (class 10th) of Akash House.
