Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy
STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The State Government on Monday asked Directors to submit consolidated information/ details regarding the enrolment of employees and premium deduction details for J&K Govt Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy for reconciliation with Reliance General Insurance Company Limited (RGICL) within 15 days. “In order to undertake proper reconciliation of data (enrolment of employees) submitted by Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, all the Director Finance/FAs/CAOs/AOs in the Administrative Departments/Corporations/PSUs/Universities/Local Bodies are directed to obtain list of the employees working in their subordinate offices, who were enrolled and contributed the premium towards J&K Govt Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy, as per the directions of Government Order No: 406-FD of 2018 dated September 20, 2018, DDO wise in the prescribed format both in hard copies and soft form within 15 days,” reads the circular issued by Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner Finance Department.
“The requisite consolidated information be furnished to the Chief Accounts Officer (Nodal Officer), Finance Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K Srinagar, enabling Finance Department to undertake proper reconciliation of the aforesaid data with concerned Insurance Company,” the circular further stated.
