STATE TIMES NEWSJAMMU: The Forum for Awareness of National Security (FANS), J&K organised a seminar on ‘Pakistan occupied Jammu Kashmir (PoJK) and China occupied Aksai Chin (CoAC) at Press Club, Jammu on Wednesday. Prof K L Bhatia, Former HoD Department of Law, University of Jammu, Patron FANS and Major Gen S K Sharma, President FANS were main speakers on the occasion Congratulating people on abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A, Maj Gen S K Sharma said that after abrogation of aforesaid articles, Jammu and Kashmir has fully integrated with India, as it paved way for growth of the State, generating employment for youth besides removing disparity which existed since long in J&K for daughters of J&K, Valmiki & Gorkha communities and West Pak refugees. Speaking on the occasion, Prof Bhatia spoke on the resolution of Parliament, wherein Parliament resolved for claiming its areas, illegally occupied by Pakistan and China. The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Prem Sadhotra (General Secretary) while formal vote of thanks was presented by Dinesh Gupta (Treasurer). Later, the members of FANS held a protest against Pakistan and China for illegally occupying India’s land and raised slogans against both the countries. The programme was supported by Bharat Tibet Sehyog Manch and Muslim Rashtriya Manch. Others present on the occasion included Ved Prakash Sharma (President Brahman Sabha), Gourav Jamwal, Vikas, Pankaj, Rajesh Thappa, Atul Raina, Deepak Sharma, Deepak Billoria, Vishal Sadhotra, Ajay Bakshi, Rahul Sadhotra, Sanjeev Manmotra, Gulshan, Choudhary Manzoor, Divya, Ishan, Rohit Gupta, Himanshu Sharma, Ashwani Sharma, Choudhary Zaheer Ahmed, Maneera Begam and Nasib.
