STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Delhi Public School (DPS) Nagbani on Tuesday organised a meditation session in which all the students, teachers, administrative staff and non-teaching staff under the guidance of yoga instructor Vishal Kumar were made to meditate. Principal, R. K. Verma said that schools play an important role in nurturing students to grow up into responsible adults and good human beings. The teachers have great responsibility towards the development of students to face the future challenges of life, he said adding that the meditation can help teachers to be calm and confident in dealing with the students. “Meditation is also good for students to get over their stress and enhance their learning experience,” he added.
