JAMMU: Students of Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning medals and trophies in U-13 and U-17 (boys and girls) categories in 33rd Jammu District Badminton Championship-2018 organised by Jammu City and District Badminton Association at Police Lines recenty.
Udhyan Sharma (V-D) got runners-up trophy in U-13 boys category while Krishika Mahajan (VII-B) won bronze medal, Winner and Runners-up in U-13 and U-15 girls category and Shreya Gupta (V-B) received consolation prize in U-10 girls category.
Principal DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated the upcoming badminton stars and their coach, Preeti Gupta. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also lauded their performance.
President RCT, Ajatshatru Singh, Pro vice Chairperson, Ritu Singh and Director,S.S Sodhi also extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
