JAMMU: To promote and bring out the creativity and talent of tiny toddlers, Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu on Thursday organised Show N Tell Competition for the students of class Prep.
The children threw light on various topics such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Importance of Trees, Traffic lights and Rules, Importance of Outdoor Activities, Excess use of Smartphones, Child Labour, Mother, Victim of Terror, Mother Earth Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam and Our School, etc. and shared their views regarding these topics.
The programme was adjudged by Ritu Vir, school faculty.
The first place went to Mohisha Gupta (Prep-B) and Anumodhan Bargotra (Prep-A) while second place was bagged by Lakshita Gupta (Prep-B) and Amaya Vaid (Prep-E) and Hayya Khan (Prep-B) and Myra Jain (Prep-E) stood third.
Consolation prizes were received by Kaira Kotroo (Prep-A) and Aradhya Sharma (Prep-B). Principal DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra appreciated the participants and motivated them to keep on giving their best in co-curricular activities.
Headmistress, Meenu Gupta lauded the talent of the students and appreciated the efforts of teachers and parents for preparing the kids for the competition.
Also present was Preeti Abrol, Coordinator, Pre-Primary Wing.
President RCT, Ajatshatru Singh, Pro Vice Chairperson, Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi extended their best wishes and blessings to the children and their parents.
