This day of 13th of October being celebrated globally dedicated world Disaster Management Day, in advance day for sharing knowledge creating awareness about different types of natural and anthropogenic disaster and to train a young cadre of men and women in their respective place of habitation with the sole motive that in the events of future such disaster our young cadre is able to mitigate in a systematic and in a professional manner for having been aware and trained for the management of life and property of the population in case of disasters even in the remote and for flung areas of the each and every district in coordination with the district/provincial as we well as state administrative as it is not only the district or the state administration who along can mitigate the after effects of the future disasters natural or anthropogenic in their respective area district/provincial and state where as the direct as well as the indirect beneficiaries are messes/ subjects in general of the respective areas.
Disaster have been occurring since times immemorial globally causing huge loss of life and property however with the passage of time, scientist worldwide have worked hard and overdue and finally innovated the techniques for advance information of occurrences of natural disasters by importing awareness and advance training so that there can be subsequently less loss of life and property in the case of future such disasters.
Facts remains that the disasters occurring in nature cannot be forecasted exactly in advance or stopped from its occurrence as it is not within the
control of the mankind however, the world scientist/experts can
imperatively assist the mankind globally by preparing young cadre of men and women, teachers, professors as well as principals of our schools, colleges and universities by their advance awareness preparedness techniques by imparting education and trainings so that the event of future natural and anthropogenic disaster sticking in the areas of such aware and trained young people are comfortably able to assist the majority population of their respective areas from sustaining heavy loss of life and their property.
Accordingly the author being internationally celebrity and awardees of many national and international awards conferred by IAWEP on affiliation of UNO, UNESCO, UNEP and UNDP a resource person in the above subject and chairman, accede a registered public non-profit generating trust, take the honor in imparting awareness, trainings to Youngman and women of one and all schools colleges and universities besides the provincial as well as district administrations that too in their respective districts for 3 to 5 days and without any burden of their ex-chequer for such awareness, trainings and techniques so that in case of future different types of disasters our own trained in advance men and women are able to manage and mitigate the aftermath effects of the future disasters occurring worldwide in general and Jammu and Kashmir in particular as the major parts of our districts are just. located on the high risk seismic zones of future Earth Quick that may occur.
o” Last but not the least, though our majority, of districts are sitting on high ? risk seismic zones yet the masses of state of Jammu and Kashmir due to the blessings of “Shree Shati Path Shahi” Rev Makdoom Sahib, Rev Hazarat Bal sahib, Rev. Shankaiya Aefaaya ji, Shree Matta kher Bhawarri Ji,
Shree Amarnath Swami in Kashmir province and Shree Mata Vashnoo Devi Ji, Baba Wali Matta Ji , Shree Peer khoo, Shree Raghunath temple and Peerbaha ji near Air port in Jammu province had the rare occurrence of disasters.
