State Times News SRINAGAR: A Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Tashi Rabstan on Tuesday fixed July 22 for hearing the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Shah Faesal seeking quashment of highway traffic ban. When the PIL came-up for hearing, DB observed that Senior Additional Advocate General has submitted that Supreme Court of India by an order dated May 6, 2019 has refused to entertain the prayer made by the petitioners before this Court challenging the aforesaid order of the State Government.
