Dear Editor, Even after more than 100 days after the abrogation of Aricle 370, normalcy has not returned in Jammu & Kashmir. There’s no denying the fact that leaders continue to be in detention, business activities have not resumed and internet and telephone connections remain suspended. Home Minister Amit Shah’s statement in the Upper House that normal activities and business have started is a farce. In a first move, political detainees must be released. By silencing them, the Government is only fuelling apprehensions that all is not well in Kashmir. Nimai Charan Swain, Via-e-mail.
