STATE TIMES NEWS LEH: On behalf of Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamsala, the Chief Representative Officer (CRO), Soamling Tibetan Settlement Leh, Tseten Wangchuk condemned killing of youth in Leh. While addressing a press conference on Thursday, Wangchuk said that Tibetan community was deeply saddened by unfortunate incident, that took place between two groups at Leh in late evening of April 20, 2019. “Insulting lyrics of rap song aimed to instigate communal disharmony has been circulated by some irresponsible social-media users. We suspect that the content creator is either a Chinese spy or someone hell bent to create instability between communities,” the CRO alleged, adding that it is inhuman that photos related to recent incident have also been circulated through social media. The CRO condemned such provocative contents and requested everyone to be responsible social-media users by instantly deleting and not forwarding such instigating clips or photographs. He further said that his office will take strict action against such social-media users, if exact source is traced. Tsewang Wangchuk emphasized that everyone must work collectively so that such incident may not happen in future.
