STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The J&K High Court Bar Association has decided to suspend work in all the courts on October 17 in view of Karva Chauth. “All the members of J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu have been informed that in view of the Karva Chauth festival falling on October 17, 2019 and to facilitate the women members to observe the auspicious fast of Karva Chauth, the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu has decided to suspend the work in all the subordinate Courts including J&K High Court, Jammu, Tribunals, Revenue Courts and Commissions etc. on October 17,” reads the notification issued on Wednesday by General Secretary of the Association, Advocate Abhishek Wazir.
