STATE TIMES NEWS SAMBA: A cop among three persons were injured in twin road mishaps at Samba on Thursday. As per the details, a scooty (JK21- 3339) hit back side of bolero (PB02BB- 0882) on Jammu Pathankot National Highway near Maheshwar area of Samba as result scooty rider namely Dalip Singh (52), son of Milkha Singh, resident of Badla Surara and his pillion rider Dwarka Nath, son of Kartar Chand, resident of Chan Malgadria got injured and brought to District Hospital Samba for treatment. After first aid, Dwarka Nath was referred to Government Medical college and Hospital Jammu for further treatment. Meanwhile, a cop namely Rajeev Singh who was performing duty at Bari Brahmana hit by a I20 car coming from Jammu side when he signaled vehicle to stop. He received critical injuries in both legs and was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment. Police has been taken cognizance the matter and started investigation.
