STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Chief Patron JKNPP and senior Member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Prof Bhim Singh on Sunday said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, while addressing an election rally at Kathua, forgot about BJP’s candidate in Udhampur Lok Sabha Parliamentary constituency. While addressing a Press Conference, Prof Bhim Singh expressed shock that Prime Minister, while speaking to voters of Jammu & Kashmir in Kathua, completely forgot that Jammu & Kashmir is having a separate flag and the Constitution. The Prime Minister also forgot to mention about earlier blunders of the Congress Government and failures of BJP, he added. Prof Bhim Singh accused the Prime Minister for his utter failure to expose majority parties in the Parliament since 1950. NPP Supremo accused the Congress and BJP, who ruled the country for several years, for their failure to seek Constitutional measures to bring an end to the so-called Jammu & Kashmir problem through the Parliament of India. NPP Supremo said that Prime Minister, in his speeches made in Akhnoor on 29.03.2019 and in Kathua on today, did not utter a word about extension of Constitution of India to the State of Jammu & Kashmir by application of the Instrument of Accession, as was done in respect of 575 States in 1949. “Jammu & Kashmir was kept out by Congress and now by BJP. Neither Congress nor BJP has ever exposed Anglo-American Bloc, which planted Dixon Plan in 1951 in J&K to create communal divide. Why BJP following Congress in this regard,” question Prof Singh. Accusing both Congress and BJP for their blunders committed in respect of Jammu & Kashmir during their rustic and corrupt rule, Prof Bhim Singh urged voters to defeat both Congress as well as BJP during present Lok Sabha elections, so that Indian Flag shall fly in entire State and the Constitution shall govern the State with all Fundamental Rights for its citizens. Others present on the occasion included P K Ganju (Sr State Vice President), Bansi Lal Sharma (Advisor), Anita Thakur (General Secretary) and Surinder Wahi (Convener Panthers Senior Citizens Council).
