STATE TIMES NEWS SAMBA: The chocked drain water has damaged road due to which the residents of ward No 9, Samba are facing lot of difficulties. The stinking water with garbage is stagnating on the damaged road with big pot holes and the pedestrians particularly the school going children are unable to cross over. The vehicles treading over splash dirty water over pedestrians, two wheelers and inside the houses on either side of the road. The residents of ward No 9 led by the Councilor of the ward Raghubir Singh demanded immediate repair to the drains and road failing which the people will block the Highway.
