KATHUA: Casual laborers work force of CAPD observed strike and protest demonstration at CAPD’s store on second consecutive day also at Kathua on Tuesday. The strike was in favour their long pending demands of payment of timely salary, Provident fund and ESIC benefits started on Monday in front of CAPD store at Kathua.
During the strike, protests demonstration was also held with high sounding sloganeering against the department. They alleged that the ESIC and PF benefits are deliberately taken away from we people and urged the department to come forward to provide all these benefits so that we can take a sigh of relief.
Protestors also urged that our salaries have never been released timely due to which we are bound to suffer a lot so in this direction our salaries should be provided timely.
